Call Text Recent submissions have found that logs have been "lost" when using the complaint form. I'm not entirely sure if this is the CoJ losing things, or a fault of the site. Testing will be needed. Also, a modification should be made so the person submitting the complaint gets and email with everything, just in case the RS site, or something else fails. Complaints can still be forwarded on.

Mar 05, 2010 Licah do you have access to the doia yahoogroup to see exactly what's getting sent? I have no way to test this (VA Joshua Hawkins)
Mar 05, 2010 According to Gav it seems the attachment part of the form has never worked. We'll need to rewrite the script. I think the old http_mime_email function (or whatever it is) is just to outdated and no longer working. (VA Joshua Hawkins)
Mar 06, 2010 Updated the html_mime_mail class. Hopefully it won't break. Still waiting on another test. Wondering if the CHMOD is set wrong.. which might be the case.. waiting for response before testing updated mail class. which we may not need.
I really don't want to redo this script if I can help it. Not sure if php's mail() will work. (VA Joshua Hawkins)
Mar 06, 2010 Files are not being copied over into CoJ temp directory, so I'm not sure what's going on there. I've changed the script so much it's sick LOL I'll try and revert back to a known good save. However something is odd here. I just can't figure it out. (VA Joshua Hawkins)
Mar 12, 2010 I redid the whole script, and it should be working now. The html_mime_mail class was a nice idea, but it looked like it might take me longer to figure that out than to just rewrite the code. Just waiting on the CoJ to confirm receipt of my test attachment. Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this, Josh. (VA Licah Fox)
Mar 12, 2010 derr.... it works fine to private emails (gmail) but not yahoogroups. more work to be done... (VA Licah Fox)
Mar 12, 2010 Okay. We're skipping the yahoogroups for now and emailing the three CoJs directly. That should work. (VA Licah Fox)
