Subject More Safe Mode

Call Text When trying to show another club leader that was interested in an alliance with the RS, I noticed all the OEA website pages are broken due to Safe Mode. This was sort of embarrasing, so if someone could please fix this, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Sep 23, 2003 The problem should be alleviated.

Ownership of the files was changed to user rebelsquadrons

Group access (which includes exec) has been upped to read/write.

If we make all the files this way (and keep them that way) there should /> be no reason safe mode crops up again.

At least until Licah moves all the includes into one public directory that is.
