A note about support calls: The viewing/editing page has been re-written as of April 15, 2004. Once you log a support call, you will be able to append actions to it, but not change its status or assignment. For example, if you log a call about a squadron edit page that isn't working, and then notice the same problem in a wing editing page, you can just modify your call to reflect the new discovery rather than create a new call. This will also help the IO staff communicate with the person filing the call, in that a record of progress is now easier to keep.
